HALEY releases 10 music videos for 'Pleasureland'

Today Haley has shared 10 music videos for her new album ‘Pleasureland‘. directed by HALEY, as well as a handful directed by familiar collaborators, including sibling Torey Erin (“Called You Queen”) and Nicole Brending (“Kismet Kill”). The new videos Move away from higher-budget mini films, providing a visually artistic and deeply personal element to the visceral, indefinable score.

Haley has shared the music video for her new song ‘Credit Forever Part 2‘.

Taken from her new album ‘Pleasureland‘, Haley, alongside a handful of familiar collaborators, has directed a music video for every song on the album. The first video is the fast-paced and darkly humorous “Credit Forever Part 2”, which brings remarkable new energy to the classical-tinged arpeggiated piano.

Barbarossa shares new version of 'Home'

Barbarossa a.k.a. James Mathé, returns with a stripped back version of his song ‘Home’, ahead of his support dates with José González.

Mathé has this to say of the song:

“’Home’ was a song we played as part of José Gonzalez’ set with a more ‘live’ feel than on the album ‘Imager’ and I was keen to have a version of it like that which was more stripped back. I recorded it in my home studio late at night with a glass of red and candles burning, cheesy image but it worked.”

Barbarossa will be on tour with José González in Europe this September where he’ll be showcasing songs from his recent album ‘Lier’:
