London x Rome duo Malihini (Giampaolo Speziale and Federica Caiozzo) have shared their second single “Miss” premiering via DIY and announced their debut headline show at The Waiting Room (October 2nd).

Produced by Richard Formby (Wild Beasts, Darkstar), Miss deals with the quintessential topics that form every relationship:
“”Miss” is a love song, containing memories and hopes and fears,” say the band. “When we were writing it we found ourselves in one of those rhythmic loops. A loop that felt tribal, almost. We scrambled some words together and they came out so naturally it felt like we were exhaling the lyrics rather than writing them. Richard Formby was a lot of fun to work with, he goes deep into the songs and generates layers where you couldn’t imagine there being layers. He’s a lovely human, too.”
