The Scantharies announce debut album, share track

Memphis Industries are excited to announce the release of The Scantharies’ debut self titled album on 3rd December 2012. The Scantharies are a new instrumental band put together by Anglo Greek musician, producer and long term Memphis cohort Andy Dragazis.

Dragazis recorded the album in London and on the Greek island of Evia where he spends much of the year. He envisaged the record as a ‘best of’ compilation of a fictitious band called ‘The Scantharies’ who he imagined bestrode the Greek music scene from the late 60s through to the end of the ’70s.
